Frequently Asked Questions

Are you certified?

We are part 107 FAA certified and HAM radio licensed.

Are there benefits using drones over traditional cameras?

Drones offer camera perspectives that typical handheld cameras are not able to capture. They also allow the viewer to get a sense of the layout of the home or business that photos or traditional cameras can’t provide.

What is a Continuous-Take Drone Tour?

This is typically a video filmed in one take with few to no transitions.

Is it safe to fly drones inside?

Safety features for indoor flying include guards for the propellers and drones which are lightweight. A combination of our custom built drones, years of experience, and skills, make flying inside a breeze. We are also insured.

How long do services take to film/photograph?

Filming times vary per job/location. An average time to film a typical real estate FPV tour is around one hour. However, filming an Ultimate Package could take upwards of four hours.

Do you offer other services that are not listed?

If you have a project and don’t see it listed on our services, please reach out. We may be able to meet your needs.

How will I get my content (videos/photos)?

Most content will be delivered via Google Drive. You will receive an email link to your Google Drive files when your project is completed. Virtual tour links will also be sent via email, however these are not stored on Google Drive.

What are FPV Style Drones?

First Person View drone view. This allows for a more immersive experience for the viewer. We have years of flying experience which allows us to fly both indoors and outdoors with ease.

What is a Gimbal?

Handheld stabilization equipment used with a mirrorless camera; drone not required.

What is the difference between a guided tour and voice over?

A guided tour allows a Client to be on camera using a wireless mic setup. The camera would follow the Client who is guiding the tour. Voice over allows the Client to add voice over a video tour but not be seen on film.

What are the benefits to closed captioning for my video?

This will transform your voice to text, allowing an enhanced video experience while giving more accessibility for deaf or hard of hearing viewers. This can also benefit in sound sensitive locations.
